When I record the screen I’m using autozoom.
When I make a zoom out, I would like to have zoom effect coming from the center of the region and not from upper left corner.

Is it possible ?

There is no option in Camtasia Recorder to change the zoom effect that is applied. However, you can use the Zoom-n-Pan feature of Camtasia Studio to achieve the effect you describe. Hope this helps.
