Red face Camtasia for Mac: First production for ProQuest training...

Been a very long-time user of Camtasia for Windows -- love it:

...and was anxious to get up-to-speed on the Mac version.

I find it to be cleaner, the canvas is genius, resizing videos and images is MUCH easier and nets clean, clear results vs. the PC version, and producing the final files is even more straight-forward.

I also love the cleaner video player window that the Mac version makes.

Here's my first go -- I'm creating about 20 of these short, 2-minute demos for ProQuest's line of online research tools:

Smile More coming...

I've made about 10 additional short videos with the Mac version, and am finding this version to be more flexible and fun that the Windows version in nearly every way.

Have a question about Camtasia for Mac? I'd love to give you input -- timothymclain at yahoo.com anytime.

Here's some more examples/recently published 'casts:

eLibrary Science
[Showing capture of system audio, so much easier in this version/works.]

eLibrary Australasia
[Has a few embedded images, can drag and drop these onto the canvas, and render/size CLEANLY vs. nasty Windows implementation, and add drop shadows and reflections...]
