Snagit: Version 7.0.1, October 31 2003.
In Snagit Capture if the Paint Tools panel is detached from the main windows so that it has it's own Window, tooltips for the foreground and background colours appear behind the window so you can't read them properly. Works fine if paint tools is fully docked with the main window.
