Adobe Acrobat .pdf files?

I have to work with a lot of downloaded US Government forms which are written as Adobe Acrobat .pdf files.

They are a nuisance to work with, because the forms are not written to allow entries into their form fields. I don't have the expensive Acrobat program (their free reader isn't adequate) so I have to print them out, then manually type entries into numerous boxes on the forms.

Will SnagIt let me capture Acrobat.pdf forms and save them into MS Word .doc files?

No. Snagit can capture them as image file or print them, but it cannot perform text capture on PDF files.
