Hi Evryone,

When I capture a window on screen and try to play back, is there anyway I can watch the playback in full screen? I try to use the Full Screen Mode, but it still play the small screen with a black background. Please help!

I suspect that you are using the Camtasia Player?

If so, the Camtasia Player will never scale a video larger or smaller than the original capture area. This is by design because scaling videos causes image quality degradation.

You could play the video in Media Player. It can scale the video to full screen.
