Camtasia Studion 5 & Office 2007 SP1

Hi,

Any one is having any issues with Camtasia Studio 5 and Power Point 2007?Camtasia Com Add in keeps crashing Office 2007 SP1. I've looked on eventviewer and all I see power point is running in a save mode. You have to kill the applicaion in the task manger and reboot the machine so you would be able to use office 2007 SP1.

I'm also having problems since installing Office 2007 SP1. Is there any way to roll back? Does TechSmith have an answer to this yet? I looked in their FAQ and support document, but couldn't find anything. I just submitted a ticket today. I hope they have a solution.

I too have run into lock ups like this, which I had not experienced before (with 40+ hours of recordings at the moment). I have had PowerPoint not responding as well as a total lock up.

So let me add my voice to a big HEEEEEELLP!

For me, the combination of Camtasia Studio 5.1 and Office 2007 SP1 runs quite stable. So I don't have any good advice. I suggest you contact TechSmith support (link at the top of this page, it's FREE).
