Resizing Video

Is there a way to resize a video capture from 800*600 to something slightly smaller?

If I capture screen activity, full screen at 800*600, I'd like it to be able to play without scroll bars in either the Camtasia player or the Windows Media player, or as an exported flash file.

Hello,

You can change the size of your video by producing it from Camtasia Studio. However, scaling a video like that will greatly reduce the quality of the video. Please read number 5 in the FAQ:

That explains some of the reasons why scaling will destroy quality in videos.
