Slow problem with SnagIt 8.2.3

Hi everybody,

I use SnagIt 8.2.3 and when I try to capture a pdf file, I've got important slow down : I can see, on the interface, that my file's run is very very slow.

I've read in an other post that the problem could come from the default printer, so I have change it and the new one works well. Unfortunately the problem is still here.

Could you please bring me some help ? Is anyone has already met this issue ?

I fund the solution.
You must uninstall Adobe Acrobat 8. Use Foxit Reader or another.
