Hi,
will Camtasia 6 support producing Flash with H.264 codec? Also, MP4 producing would be also fine!

It is in the plan to do both of those in 6.0.
Like you apparently I much prefer creating MOV files using the H264-AAC codec. I use Apple's QuickTime Pro to encode my files mainly 'cause it works and it's a cheap solution.
While the current Adobe Flash plugin supports playback of the H264 format only 16.1% of the visitor to my web site have it installed. So I do find it necessary to create 2 versions of my video files. An MOV & an FLV. The player I use lets me detect the Plugin Version and then streams the fallback FLV file if they don't have the capability on their system to play the MOV file.
One other issue can cause a viewer trouble as well. If they have an older system, playback of an H264 can be jittery so I also felt it important to display a DOWNLOAD button on the player to allow those affected to download the file to their computer for local playback via QuickTime.
For some viewers things will improve when Adobe impliments Hardware Acceleration in the plugin. IF the viewer has an appropriate video display card it will handle the decoding rather than the CPU.

Very good news! I am looking forward to this. Will these features available also in Mac version?

The default for MOV productions in Camtasia Studio 5.1 will be H.264/AAC; just in case you wanted to keep it all in one program.

For the Mac version, we're focusing on functionality first. Camtasia Studio for Windows has been in development for several years and through several versions. It would be difficult to be feature-equivalent on both platforms on the first release. After we get the screen recording, editing (which is being redesigned from scratch), and production process in place, there will be more effort on adding all the little features that make CS Windows an over-the-top application. I can't say for sure what we'll support for production formats, but there's a good bet that any formats that can be produced with Quicktime are likely to be available in the mac version.
Regardless, I'm still pretty excited about what we will be offering in the next few releases of CS (on both platforms).
