Timeline problem

I would appreciate any help you can offer, as I am interested in using Camtasia to promote my software and offer my customers online tutorials.

I’ve been running through your ‘an apple a day’ tutorial and found that any images or avi files put in the timeline will not be displayed in the preview area. I can only preview them by right clicking on the items in the Clip Bin and choosing ‘Preview Clip’.

If I try to produce a video, Camtasia Studio crashes while rendering the storyboard.

Hello,

Try going to Start->Settings->Control Panel->Display->Settings->Advanced->Trouble Shoot and slide the hardware acceleration slider to none. Does that help?
