How can i capture my window with "Higlight Clicks but without showing the cursor?
Hello,
Why would you need to hide the cursor but have concentric circles appear whenever you click?
There is no way to do this, currently.
Thank you for using Camtasia Studio!

Hi Markus:
There are actually a couple of kludgey ways to do this. Unfortunately, they both require the use of other programs.
The first is to use IcoEdit or some other cursor editor to create yourself a custom cursor. This cursor would consist of a single white pixel. Save this cursor to your Windows cursor directory. Then choose it as your custom cursor in the Cursor Setup within your Effects Options in Camtasia Recorder. Set the Recorder to Highlight Clicks. Technically, the cursor is captured, but because it's only one white pixel, it's completely undetectable unless you're working with a totally black background.
Your second option is to set Camtasia Studio to not record the cursor at all, and instead use Audisee, a program within the Milori suite of training tools (www.milori.com) to provide the visual mouseclick effects instead of Camtasia Recorder.
Good luck.
cheers, Daniel

Thank you for the advice.
What is the best way to watermark a production of videos and screen captures?
Since Camtasia has removed the option of watermarking an entire production I must find a new way to do this.
Could anyone help me?
Thank you

My advice? Until TSC releases a newer version that supports watermarking, keep v1.x of Camtasia Studio on your system. Once you've produced your "semi-final" video, you can then use the CS1 Producer to apply a watermark to the whole thing.
If you don't have v1, you can, of course, use the current Recorder to watermark each video clip individually, but I don't recommend this. For one, it's easy to forget the watermark on a particular clip, making you have to re-record. Second, and more importantly, you might want to change the watermark or strike entirely later on. But if you added the watermark in Recorder, too bad - it's "baked in."
hope that helps, d.

Depending on the style of the watermark, could the graphic be imported as a callout and then placed in the time line spanning the entire production ?
