Saving settings & preferences profiles

....And another one for you.....

Some time ago I posted a request in your old "New Feature Requests" Forum (whatever happened to your old Forums? - they were so intuitive...)

This was for the option of saving preferences and settings profiles in Recorder for different purposes - I note that this is now a feature in Snagit.

You considered it a useful facility for the next version, but I see it hasn't materialised - is it likely to appear in the near future?

I second this one, guys. I find that I'm often using the Recorder apps of Camtasia Studio versions 1 and 2 so that I can work with two different sets of settings concurrently. Profiles in CS would be a welcome addition.

I agree,

I'm relatively new to CS so I may be missing something... but when I'm adding callouts to a project in studio, I'd like to be able to set default attributes for callouts so repetitive work can be streamlined. If there is a way to do this, and I've somehow missed it, please let me know.
