Studio v2 (Producer) >> No clip speed control

In Studio 1.1.1 (Producer) I was able to control the playback speed of each individual clip. That is to say if I blazed through a tutorial during capture, I could slow down the video (by %) in producer. The ability to slow down a clip in post production saved me from going back an re-capturing[:D].

After upgrading to Studio v2, I am no longer able to find the clip speed feature[:p].

This feature is not implemented in the most recent version of Camtasia Studio. I will definitely forward this to development as a suggestion. I'm very sorry for the trouble. However, you can use the old version of Camtasia Studio (1.1.1) in conjunction with 2.0, which would be a workaround for now.

Thanks for forwarding that to the development team. It sure would be nice to see a "Speed" icon on that long empty bar above the timeline (in v2).[:D]

Just so I understand, the workaround would be:
1) Capture screen/audio
2) Use Producer 1.1.1 to slow the clip down (or speed it up) saving the cip as an .avi
3) Import the slowed down .avi into Producer v2
4) Publish as....
