Problem recording

Hi i'm new here,
I love this program but i do have a problem.
When i try to Record from Real Player Or Media Player live shows or a Football game so later i can make it gif or just take the frame,
it dosen't record anything it comes black.
The other day i did and it was ok but today i can't.

When i record it said about exp:35 frames then it shows only one or two.
Is anything i can do ?
