I am trying to convert some gif files. I set the filters to Trim (60%) Watermark (Emboss, file for watermark is a jpg). Problem is the autotrim works only marginally and the watermark doesn't work. I did get the watermark to work once but not sure why...

Try setting your watermark to display in the very center of the image. Does that help?
