Video Codec: TechSmith Screen Capture Codec
Colors: High Color (16-bit)
Frame Rate: 5
Size: 800x600
Audio Codec: MPEG Layer-3
Audio Format: 22050Hz, mono, 3KB/s
(24 kBit/s, 22,050Hz, Mono 2kb/sec)

At the moment I'm using this set up to shrink movies and the results are good from 25.8MB to 10.64MB
Are there any other setups that will allow me to shrink the files even smaller as an .avi (I know flash will reduce this even smaller).

If you are using a setup that produces smaller avi's let me know as I would like to produce smaller films if possible without sacrificing to much quality.

Your settings look pretty reasonable, but keep in mind that your content also plays a role if you're using TSCC as your codec.

TSCC is tops for normal screen content. It does not do well with gradients or photographic content, though. Also, trim any transitions if you have them.
