Cannot record sound

I can record visual, but I keep getting this error message whne I try to record sound.

Unable to open wave input device (32)
Some other application may be recording and/or playing sound. Typically, only one application can record from the microphone at a time.

I have no other applications open!!! What do I do???

Hello,

Please go to Tools->Options in Camtasia Recorder and make sure that your Audio Capture Device is set to your sound card and not something like your modem.
