I am having a problem similar to carlarnold's, but in windows media player-- trying to capture a single frame. It appears to work-- but when I close the WMP window, I am left with a an all-black bmp file. likewise, when I move the WMP window, the frame moves accordingly-- in the snagit prewview, in windows picture viewer or in adobe photoshop.
What am I doing wrong? Please help!
