Snagit Scroll speed v 6.1.2

Hello,

Our Snagit copies are of this version (6.1.2) so it may be their age, but....

Previous versions had a very fast autoscroll when copying a scrolling box. Now it crawls. My users sit & twiddle their thumbs.....these are individual workstation copies, not a networked version.

I wonder if it's our version, and how do we upgrade if that is the case? Are subsequent versions slow in their autoscroll capture as well?

Systems use WinXP Pro.

In Snagit check Input>Properties>Scrolling. Make sure that the scroll delay is set to 0.

Been there, done that. Seems to have no effect. I've toyed with the various settings of delay, seems to have no effect. I'll quote you the whine I hear from my users: "OLDER versions worked fine!"

Pleae try the current version 7.0.3. Does it scroll slowly too?

What application are you scrolling?
