I've been looking through the documentation and support forums, and don't see this capability.

While testing software, I do a lot of screen captures into Powerpoint. Alt-PrtScr, Alt-Tab, Ctrl-V, page down, Alt-Tab. Pretty boring, and very time-consuming. Can SnagIt automate the construction of a Powerpoint archive of screen captures, preferably with one button? My fingers will thank you!

You can't output directly to PowerPoint, however, there is a PowerPoint plugin that allows you to initiate captures from PowerPoint and have them automatically inserted into your presentation in a layout determined by you.

Thank you for using SnagIt!

You can enable the Preview Window and then crop out the region that you wish to save.
