Using Custom Scroll horizontally. Am unable to capture the entire scroll area. Changed Scroll Delay and still unable to get the entire left to right scroll area captured. Suggestions?[?]

Custom scroll does not support horizontal scrolling. Use Window as the Input for horizontal scrolling.

I am having the same problem. Output is set to clipboard and I have used the window option to no avail. Screensize is 800X600. I cant seem to get the left and or right portion of the web site to come through.
Thanks![?]

To the right of your input selection, in SnagIt 7.0, please click the properties button (it has 3 dots). In here, select horizontal as your scrolling direction. If you have SnagIt 6, go to Input->Properties->Scrolling and select horizontal as your scroll direction.

Does that help?

If not, when you click capture and move your mouse to the middle of the page. What does your cursor look like at that point?

Thank you for using SnagIt!
