PreLoader

I am using the Movie Controller and it works great! However, when loading from CD and not from my Hard Drive, movies were taking a long time to load, so I added a 2K Preloader animation that could be used. Works great from the Hard Drive, but when I run from CD, the CD will not load the Pre-Loader, but rather, will hang while it loads the full movie. Any ideas to why this is happening? Shouldn't that 'Pre-loader' movie load quickly and loop while the other loads in the background?

It's odd that it would run on your hard drive, but not on the CD.

Try copying all of your Flash video files into a different directory on your hard drive. Does it still work from the new directory?

I am having the same problem - we put the files on the cd and ran the cd from a seperate computer - we see a white box for a long time, wondering if the movie is working, then a split-second flash of the preloader and then the movie starts. This defeats the purpose of the preloader.
