View Full Version : Failed to add the SnagIt printer

I updated from 6.3 to 7.0. Everything worked fine but Snagit Printer installation fails with. "Failed to add the SnagIt Printer (18)!"

I am running W2K latest SP and fixes.

Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same problem. I just installed Snagit on my Win-XP-Pro laptop. Hopefully someone at tech support can provide us with the "magic bullet"
