I would like to be able to automaticall configure snagit capture
FIXED REGION. how can this be done

Hello Toby,

You can select a Fixed Region by going to Input->Fixed Region, then go to Input->Properties->Fixed Region and configure it in there.

What do you mean by automatically, exactly? What are you wanting to do?
