I want a better quality. I own a licence.

Did you scale the image? Any amount of image scaling can cause image quality degradation.

I didn't scale it but images seem quite fine now, but I tried to do a video, man that thing was so good in SnagIt 6, in SnagIt 7 all I got was a huge blur!

Hello,

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the image that you posted. You should make sure that IE is not scaling the image.

Hold your mouse over the image for a while and see if an icon of a landscape with arrows appears in the lower right, then click that.

Does that help?

Thank you for using SnagIt!

As I said images are fine now, but videos are very blurry, if you give me a place to upload 3 mb you'll see what I'm talking about.

Ok, I was able to upload the capture to my ISP space.

You will clearly see all is disorted.

Hello Jerry,

There is nothing wrong with this video. Try playing it in the Camtasia Player. You may also want to check the FAQ:

Thank you for using Camtasia Studio!

The FAQ item has useful information about scaling when a video is being played.

The video is perfectly clear when I play it.

It is 1152x864. What is your screen resolution set to?

Visit
http://www.techsmith.com/download/studiodefault.asp
and download the Camtasia Player and use it to play the video. How does it look in the Camtasia Player?
