i can't capture a long webpage. i did succeed 2-3 times but the rest of the times it doesn't scroll, even though i did exactly the same procedure.
i tried the suggestions in HELP. they didn't.

any idea what's going on?

i have WindowsXP operating system.

What web browser are you trying to scroll?

What do you have your input set to?

What happens, exactly?

the browser is microsoft explorer.
the input is aet to auto scroll.
what happens? i left click in the window, the curser changes to the the strange x and o's "stamp". i left click and drag it to the bottom of the screen. the page scrolls down for an inch at the most, if any. the preview windows shows the capture.

that's it!

You need to use custom scroll not autoscroll it works great then
