I just recently upgraded from 1.0 to 1.1.1, and just now I went into Producer in order to edit an AVI I'd recorded. I have always been able to click my cursor into a starting point and then select the portion of a video that I wanted to cut by using SHIFT + right/left arrow keys. This method allowed me to select the precise frames that I wanted to cut. However, now the SHIFT+arrow method now longer works! When I click my cursor into the starting point on the timeline, hold shift and then use the left arrow key (to select frames before my starting point), the timeline moves but no selection is made! Has this capability been changed or removed in 1.1.1??
Hello,
This is a known issue and it will be resolved in the next version of Camtasia Studio. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
Thank you for using Camtasia Studio!

This is bad - very bad.
This is a very importent features in the program.
Using the mouse makes it very difficult to edit video - almost importen unles you have a LOT of time.
I would say that this is so importen that your users will look for another program in the meanwhile when you are fixing the program.
Can you not send out a service pack 1.2? Please!!!
