I send my movies to other people but they cant watch them due to some error. Where can I get them to download the codecs from so they can watch them. I tried finding an installer that came with Camtasia Studio that installed the codecs but I couldn't find one. Is there a link someone could tell me? [:I]

I presume that you are talking about the TSCC video codec. The installer, TSCC.EXE is located in the directory that Camtasia is installed in. It can also be downloaded:

Additionally, the Camtasia Player has internal support for playing TSCC compressed videos. By using the Camtasia Player you don't have to install the TSCC video codec.
