When I attempt to use the plugin for IE60 or Explore I get the following error: Unable to use snagit screen capture. Please reinstall snagit. Reinstallation does not resolve the issue. I have tried 6.2 and 6.3 with the same result. I am running XP with the above browser. Please advise. Thank you.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling, not just reinstalling? Does that help?
Do any of the other plugins (Word, Excel, Outlook) have problems?
Can you reproduce this problem on multiple systems?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled without success. I have not tried it with the office products as I did not have them installed at the time. I can reproduce the issue on multiple machine.
What kind of software do you have in common on those systems that you can reproduce the problem on?
Do you have any applications running in the background? If so, what?

The machines are quite basic. I have Macafee, IE6, oracle client, managesoft(our delivery tool) and the basic apps included in the OS. Nothing unusual running in the background based on the processes I see. Can you tell me any info on the files or registry keys that associated with the plugins in question? Perhaps I can parse out what may be getting stomped on during the install..??
