View Full Version : AVI to SWF conversion
I recently installed Windows XP and then installed Camtasia. I was able to convert from the AVI file to a SWF file and put it on my website before when I had Windows 2000. Now every time I try to produce a movie (SWF) in production wizard, I get the error message Unable to compress audio stream and I cant' get it to render a SWF file.
Are you trying to use MP3 compression for your audio? You can check by going to File->Produce Movie->Options, and check the audio compression in there. It may be that you don't have the MP3 codec installed on your system. One way to install the codec is to download and install Windows Media Encoder 7 from: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/WM7/encoder.aspx
I hope this helps!
Thank you for using Camtasia Studio!
