Camtasia Theater

When I create a menu using Camtasia Theater 2.0, the movie will not load.
The movie plays fine outside of the Theater menu. The swf file that will not load is only 11 KB. When the menu opens the preloader begins and loops and loops and loops, etc. the swf never starts. Any ideas?
fyi... I was using an older version of Camtasia Studio before and do not remember having this problem. Thanks in advance.
