A year or so ago, we made some videos with Camtasia (not sure what version) and exported to be streamed as Windows Media. Everything has been fine up till now but suddenly we're getting calls from users with Windows Media Player 9 saying that even after installing the TSCC codec, the media player will load but nothing ever plays. I've confirmed this behavior on my PC. Are there known issues between Media Player 9 and TSCC? Any workarounds? Thanks!

So the files as AVI files or WMV? You started saying that you exported the videos to Windows Media, but then say that you are trying to install the TSCC codec. There's two differences. First, if you produce to Windows Media then you are creating a WMV file. If you produce to AVI, then it defaults to the TSCC codec.
Do you have a sample file you could put up so we could try it on our computers? Also, have you tried the videos with Windows Media Player 10 or even 11?
Hope this helps.
