Can the add-in remember settings?

When using the Snagit add-in to edit a graphic file I would like to apply a specific custom filter. (a certain shadow around the edges)
Is there any way, the add-in can save a custom filter for reuse? (even to remember the last setting would be good.)
In addition, can it remember the last place I saved files to?

I came back to here and see, that in fact in any part of snagit (e.g. the batch converter), I would be interested in using a filter that we use to make borders for all out captures.
So in fact, what I want to know is, whether settings for a custom filter can be saved and reused.

Unfortunately such settings can not be remembered, through the addin. You would have to use the actual SnagIt application and setup a profile that uses such filters.
