Importing Video into Camtasia

I have a couple of small video clips saved as quicktime movies that I want to include in a tutorial but Camtasia says that the files are either damaged or unsupported.
They play fine, so which video formats are supported by Camtasia?
Can one include video clips in a Camtasia tutorial?

I have successfully imported MP4 files into Camtasia for Mac.

Your Quicktime videos maybe .MOV files. I used Quicktime 7 Pro to convert .MOV files to .MP4 and then import them into Camtastia. Here is the link to QT4Pro:
