Jing Pro - Webcam Not Working

Not sure if this is the right place, but I love Jing and using it, but this great webcam video feature isn't working on my PC. File Size Buffer etc, etc, 804227?? doesn't allow to create these wonderful videos.

How can I get this fixed? I'm chomping at the bit to get this working, if only someone can tell me how?

Anyone else experienced this problem?

Hi Brian - my webcam doesn't work with Jing Pro either. It claims to be unplugged or in use by another application?? I logged this Techsmith support and they gave me the stock reply - check if its in use down at the taskbar. So I am similarly dissapointed because i purchased it for that reason!!! Grrrr

Do you have a TV card on your PC. On the advice of the Techsmith Support, I installed a new driver for Jing, I can send this to you, and I disabled the TV card.

When I rebooted, the webcam is working. But I have no TV, so it's one or the other.

I'll post everything they told me to do later.
