"Error in the SDK" - "Ressource Allocation Falied"

I work at a Danish Pension Fund and we are planning to make some online guides using Camtasia (recorder), especially the screen recording function.

Everytime I try recording, Camtasia says “An error in the SDK” and “Ressource allocation failed”

Is that a know error and do anyone have any ideas how to avoid this and start capturing?

We've had a couple reports of this, though we haven't been able to reproduce it just yet. From what we've been able to gather so far, it seems to be related to large capture dimensions.

Try capturing at smaller dimensions. If you need to record full screen, try reducing your desktop dimensions before starting recording.
