One thing that would save some time (at least as of 2.03, I've installed 2.04 but haven't used it yet) would be more persistence in the callout options. That is, if I am putting in several callouts, each time I add one I'd like the same type (arrow, box, etc.), with the same properties (color, transparency, etc.) to pop up.
What is odd is that text properties are persistent. If I choose to have the text a certain color, and bold, the next callout I add will have text with those properties. But I'll have to scroll through the shapes and other properties, only the text properties are persistent.
A little more persistence would eliminate a lot of clicks in adding callouts to movies.
Thanks,
will
